So...

Not dead. Yet.

Me, that is, not DH. I know some of you might be concerned that I had offed him in some vague homage to Goodbye, Earl after my last post and subsequent silence.

We drove to KS. I'm always tempted to say we drove 'down' to wherever I go, no matter where the location actually is in relation to where I currently am. North, South, East, West. It's all the same. And this, my friends, is why I nearly didn't pass Geography in middle school.

Anywho... went to KS. Spent Friday night playing Texas Hold 'Em. Beat everyone but Matt, had a good comeback going but he simply had more money than I did and he forced me all in one time to many.

Saturday was spent at the Ogre's Bookshelf playing games until the Gurps game started.

On the fly, our Storyteller managed to come up with one of the first story lines to ever inspire a true "scary story" feeling in me. ( And now I'm going to bore most of you to death by talking about it. )

Sunday we met rewil, beeform, sigma7, Jane't and Matt for lunch. The meal took forever, but it was nice to catch up with people.

Then MrMiah and I took left to drive back to OK.

And no one died.

Yet.
