Did I tell you I was rereading through the Harry Potter series? I'm having a VERY hard time doing so now because I'm now expecting Snape/Hermione action. It's not quite as interesting without it. :-(
I shouldn't've read chapter five at work, but I did... naughty employee that I am! Ya did good! :-) I'm going to have to read it again tonight at home (and not at work looking up every three seconds expecting a director to be looking over my shoulder...).
Look at it this way, every time she defends him in the last couple of books it's because she's got the hots for him and she's just waiting until she's legal. See, then there is all kinds of subtext at work.
I was pleased to see I got a mention before the start of chapter 5. (I left you a little comment at the Lord and Lady Snape site).
Give me a holler if you do decide to celebrate this time around. I don't remember what I was doing for your last one, but I'm always up for celebrating!
