Made the drive up to KS yesterday. Very long drive, by the way.

Listened to the radio adaptation of Stephen King's The Mist, which is a short story about... well, mist. And big ass bugthings. And people losing their hold on sanity.

It wasn't bad but now I actually want to read the story because between the way they recorded the dialog and sound and my being hard of hearing, I missed a lot.

Was up until nearly two talking about bw_afterglow with wizrdchessmastr, who needs to get her own personal LJ.

I'd forgotten how much fun it was to take a shower at wizrdchessmastr's place with the dog baby-gated into the same bathroom. Washing hair, washing hair, WTF is the dog doing in the shower?

Wet dog. Everywhere.
