She ate my lizards.

As I mentioned before, we have a stray kitty running around the neighborhood. Lately she's been waiting in a tree or on my front walk for Captain and I to come home from dinner or work or whatever because she wants us to pet her (or give her some turkey because I finally broke down and tried to feed her some dry cat food and she wanted nothing to do with that, but Captain's lunch meat she was all over).

Is very cute, and I'm pretty sure I'm getting far too attached to a stray cat, but we are still trying to find her a home and I don't want anything to happen to her until we do, but she can't come in the house because she hasn't been tested for diseases or fixed and also ALREADY HAVE THREE CATS...

Anywho, the other day I realized I hadn't seen the deck lizards in awhile. There are/were a pair of lizards that lived under the deck and would sun themselves on my swing.

Now, there are not.

Captain just came in to tell me that he's pretty sure my theory on the missing lizards (Lil' Miss ate them) is probably correct because he just saw her running up to him from the neighbor's yard with a lizard in her mouth.

While that particular lizard might not have been one of my deck lizards, their sudden disappearance does not bode well.
