Last year at this time
cptn_oblivious was in Iraq and I was home alone to give the marauding munchkins their precious candy. I didn't really have much interest in putting any effort into decorating or finding a costume, so I didn't bother.
But this year Spoose is home. We bought some cheap decorations at Volde-Mart and he went wild in the front yard on Saturday.

I was expecting him to put some webs up in the tree, maybe a bit around the front stoop. As you can see, he had fun with it.

Playing in the driveway. And yes, the neighborhood kids up the street were laughing at us.

Ginormous spider in the tree. Bloody hand prints on the screen door. In theory there will be a fugly pumpkin under the tree with a strobe light in it, but I haven't carved that yet.
