I ordered a copy of Cleolinda's book Movies in Fifteen Minutes for someone for Christmas (he knows about it already so I'm not breaking a big secret, right ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)

First, let me just say here it is a month later and I STILL don't have my book. Which I could live with if the next thing were not true.
Also, all four of my e-mails regarding the lack of shipping information have gone unanswered. ALL of the them. There is also no way to call this company as they don't offer live customer service.
I knew my friend wanted the book and when I saw a link from Cleo's site saying that it could be found at this source (since it's published in the UK and not here) I said to heck with it and ordered it.
Since then I gave up waiting for my book or any word as to when I might expect delivery and ordered copies (cause it really is a great book, make no mistake about that. Movies in Fifteen Minutes brings the funny! If you can find it from a seller who won't bend you over and screw you, please purchase it. Twice!) and not only did I pay less, but I had them show up in nine days directly from the UK (customs labels rock).
Nine. Days.
