I am quite excited by this.
I woke up this afternoon (I didn't get to bed until after eight this morning, don't judge) to find that a gift for a certain Miss Miah had posted to the SS/HG Exchange. Then, I did a little dance in my chair. It was a lovely and yet strangly compelling dance, meant to entice and yet push away... also, I looked goofy.
BUT, that's totally not the point!
The point is that I have gift fic and it is WONDERFUL!

Oh, I should maybe mention the plot or something?
Summary: Snape requires a large sum of money, and a loan from Gringotts is the very last thing he wants, but there's nowhere else to turn. When the goblins assign Arithmancer Granger to monitor their investment full-time, sparks fly. Hermione uncovers much more than potions work at Spinner's End. There are troublesome buttons and an even more troublesome journal. The only one who seems to know what's going on is the cat, and she's not telling.
Seriously, if you like SS/HG, you should go read it. Now. Go.

Also, I am awake at two am, which is less fabulous since I went to bed at nine pm and then got up two hours later. Still, wonderful fic written just for MEEEE!!!
I am enjoying this year's exchange so far, this bodes well for the next month or two.
