Need help finding a fic.

I was hoping to reread a fic - SS/HG, of course - but I can't remember the name or author for the life of me.

I do remember that Snape needed Hermione to learn Occlumency, but for some reason he needed Dumbledore to asses her before the lessons could begin. I remember that she didn't want Dumbledore in her mind, I think she didn't want him to know the details of her friendship (relationship?) with Severus. Just before Dumbledore took her to his office for this assessment, Severus whispered, "fight like hell" or something like that into her ear. Then, a longish period of time later, Severus is finally allowed into Dumbledore's office just in time to see Dumbledore disappearing through the floo on the way to the infirmary because Hermione is unconscious.

Everytime Dumbledore had tried to use Leglimence (however that is spelled) on her, Hermione had simply said, "No, thank you." Eventually Dumbledore pushed so hard - the the third circle, whatever that is - that Hermione passed out, I think?
