I've just started reading the first Mary Russell book (by Laurie R. King) and I've got a sudden craving for well written Mary Russell/Sherlock Holmes fic. Preferably of a romantic nature.
I've tried looking at the Pit of Voles (and didn't find any summaries that grabbed my attention).
