Yeah, so I haven't posted here in awhile.
It's been a busy month.
As I mentioned a few weeks ago (and I'll repeat now since the other post was flocked) I went to a birthday party for a three-year-old, and spent the weekend hanging with her parents and
hrhjahi.
Last week, I went to on a little vacation with
snazzykathy and
begstodiffer down to Texas. We did the Six Flags thing, the hotel pool thing, the Ripley's Believe It Or Not and Palace of Wax thing, and generally had a good time (except for the vomiting part, but that was my own fault for riding Tony Hawk's whatever it was called coaster). I spent far too much money, but I did come home with all nine seasons of the X-Files.
Saw the new X-Files movie on opening night. Yeah. I think I'll just rewatch the first seven or so seasons of the series rather than pay to see the movie again. Don't get me wrong, I'll be buying that sucker the minute it comes out on DVD. Which reminds me, if you happen to see the first movie on DVD somewhere for less than $30, please let me know. Amazon has failed me.
What else?
Am working on coming up with my prompts for the upcoming SS/HG exchange. Thinking of your own prompts always seems so hard. But I really want to write something for the Exchange, so I have to get my rear in gear and come up with them before the sign up deadline passes.
In other fic news, I've got around four thousand plus words of chapter six of Jericho sitting on my hard drive. Mocking me.
I've started working on a new scrapbook. This one is for the trip I took to Russia back in '93. To study chemistry. For a month. Oh, how I've wasted my brainmeats since then.
I think that's pretty much it. Okay, all caught up on life. See you in another month.

I did not know you'd gone to Russia to study Chemistry! That's cool.
