A petty annoyance

The user info set up that we all know and love could be changing. I say could rather than will because I'm hoping either they'll allow us to turn the cluttered mess off or they'll realize that 47 pages of mostly negative comments (at last count) might mean as it stands some people aren't pleased with it.

Want to see what your profile will look like with the changes? Add

?ver=ng

at the end of your profile URL. Keep in mind this is the beta still so I think it's capping off f-lists at 150 people.

Also, be aware that they're talking about making this new thing the Default.

Personally, I hate it. The two columns are an annoyance for my personal LJ, but my RP journals - and several of those are paid accounts as well - will be all sorts of fuglified (not a word, don't care).

I'm torn. I do like seeing those numbers that I have in common added but you're right in that the look is messy.

God forbid they should actually take the input of their customers and use it wisely...
