UPS

I can understand why UPS can't deliver my two-day expedited shipping items - supposedly the snow is keeping the trucks from running across country. Not here, where I saw two of them delivering packages on my way to and from the vet this morning, but I can understand if there's too much snow at a hub or two before my town and my packages are stuck there.

What I do not understand is why, when I go to look at the tracking records for my packages, they show that my mail made it to Georgia and then WAS REROUTED TO ANOTHER STATE.

What?

Like I said, I can understand getting to Atlanta or wherever and not being able to go any further, but why not just leave the package there until the snow melts in a day or so? Why drag it from Doraville, GA (or whatever that city was, I'm too lazy to go look it up again) to North Carolina? If the Georgia hubs are snowed in, why keep the packages on the move? Are you trying to sneak them in the backway?

I just want my stuff, damn it.
