Here's to nine years of not smothering my husband with the cat in his sleep.

Also, in slightly productive news - after only four hours of sleep (I am so going back to bed in just a few minutes) I managed to remember to call the kennel and set up Colonel Brandon's stay.
Also also, 3200+ words on exchange fic so far. Losing steam, but not at a dead stop, so that's nice. Have already had a discussion with Captain about not bothering me if I'm writing. I suspect we'll end up going with the "If Miah is at her desk with headphones on, singing or no, do not bother on pain of death or severe poking".
