I managed to spend a mostly lovely few days in air conditioning (honestly, I passed out the day they fixed it and didn't wake up for nearly 24 hours because I, apparently, needed some sleep), and things were going swell.

Then I woke up today with a totally borked up leg. WTH?

Sometime between when I got up this morning to check on the furballs before going back to sleep, and when I got up this afternoon (it was a sleeping pill day, it takes awhile to sleep that off) my right lower leg decided it was insane.

It HURTS, right over the bone from just below my knee to just above my ankle. It's a little bit pink in spots, slightly raised over the bone and giving off heat like whoa. I can walk, I can bend my knee and my ankle, I can put weight on it (although that hurts like a son of a fish) and I have no idea what the hell is wrong with me this time.

At first I thought it was a Charlie Horse, but those go away after you walk them off for awhile. This isn't.

It's not Death Rash, because that's supposed to be on the upper body. And it shouldn't be a reaction to the sleeping pills because I've taken them twice before with no issue. Unless it's a matter of needing time to build up in my system, but still...

I am extremely perplexed.
