Waiting for my hair to dry

I'm supposed to meet people for lunch in an hour. Don't think the hair is going to be dry by then. Must remember to look for a hair dryer when I get back home.

I was going to do that meme with the 10 things you've done that you don't think anyone else on your flist has done, but realized that some of the things were a bit indecent and came from pre-marriage days. Not positive it would be in my best interests to list them. Although I really want to for curiosity's sake.

Still waiting for Ashwinder to validate my newest chapter. Someday I will be a validated author, dang it, and then I won't have to wait. I've got more stories on Ashwinder than I do on Occulemancy (which I know I didn't spell correctly but I don't have my bookmarks with me so I can't pull it up in another screen and check), yet I'm a validated author on Occ (That's the SS/OFC area of Sycophant Hex, versus the SS/HG area known as Ashwinder) and my new chapters of Hidden Emotions just appear seconds after I upload them.

Have rediscovered the big drawback to putting on makeup. Forgetting to take it off at night. I'm sure I look wonderful when I first lay down, but by the time I wake up I resemble BeBe the transvestite clown.

Managed to write yesterday. Hermione and Snape have finally made it past the "OMG you kissed me!" "I know. It was tragically wrong of me. I should be banished to the lowest pits of hell for daring to touch an innocent such as yourself." "Get over yourself. Innocent my arse. Let's play tonsil hockey." stage and am actually working on smut for the Detention piece I started way back in July. I may have been paraphrasing just a tiny bit. *holds two fingers very close together*
