Calling all Knitters on my Flist
I need some help.
I have a friend who wants a handmade hat with... well, remember twilleks from Star Wars with the head tail things? Something like that, only with three tails, and not so twillek-like. Does that make any sense?
Anyway, I'm a beginner as far as knitting and haven't even bought my first circular needle, although I'm aware that to make a hat I'm going to need one or a lot of DP needles. Or both.
I also need a pattern, and this is where I'm running into trouble. I can't find anything close, the best I've found is for a sort of stumpy jester hat look that I may be able to tweak to give me longer tails.
Any suggestions?
